Planning a menu for your Baby and Toddler on solid foods Article written by Sheila Sudlow.
Here are some examples to give you an idea for your baby who is on solid foods and for toddlers experimenting with new tastes.
1 DO NOT ADD SUGAR OR SALT FOR TASTE, TAKE YOUR CHILD'S PORTION OUT BEFORE YOU NEED TO ADD ANY TO THE REST OF THE FAMILY/ADULTS FOOD.
2. USE LOW SALT, LOW SUAGR VARIETIES ON JELLYS, CUSTARD MIXES ETC.
3. GIVE MILK (FOR TODDLERS), WATER,OR LOW SUGAR FRUIT JUICES TO DRINK.
4. DO NOT GIVE JUICE IN A BABYS FEEDING BOTTLE, SUGAR ROTS TEETH EVEN NEW ONES.
